The firm hosts an Attorney of Color Meeting, bringing together firm leaders, partners, associates, and senior management to discuss diversity as it relates to daily life at the firm and to our clients' needs.
"Success at Morgan Lewis: One Firm, Many Paths" was the title of the firm's third Attorneys of Color Meeting held on June 3 and 4, 2011. Bringing together over 100 attorneys of color and firm leadership, the meeting provided an excellent opportunity to advance the firm's diversity goals by:
- Providing an opportunity to network across offices and practices;
- Facilitating the continuing dialogue between attorneys of color and firm leadership;
- Discussing the firm's diversity goals; and
- Providing an opportunity to share experiences and best practices.
