Morgan Lewis and the New Jersey chapter of ACC America present, "Advanced Outsourcing & Transformational IT Contracting."

Morgan Lewis partners Akiba Stern and Edward Hansen will participate in this panel.

This panel will lead the audience in a discussion on what really matters when outsourcing or engaging in other large IT-related transactions. They will discuss a contracting philosophy and methodology that was first visited in April 2007. Relationship-Based Contracting will be the spring board for a robust panel discussion on what works and does not work when engaging in large IT transactional and similar matters.
