Morgan Lewis's Joan M. Haratani will participate in a panel titled "Addressing Institutional Bias in the Workplace" at this event.

This workshop will explore the traditions and practices which can affect the pressures placed on women of color in the workplace, in hiring and in promotions. The workshop will discuss how the institution may “re- think” the meaning of “qualified applicant”.
