This distinctive conference will combine real world advice on improving techniques, such as prospering while promoting diversity, and marketing the individual in his or her current environment. Discussion includes updates on current legal issues, such as securities law, negotiations and settlements, employment law, mediation strategies, and new developments in e-discovery. In addition, the conference is designed to foster personal interaction with other lawyers of color, including networking receptions, luncheons, and opportunities to share with, and learn from, the experiences of all in attendance.
