Three Morgan Lewis Partners Make “Top 75 Women Litigators” List

SAN FRANCISCO, May 10, 2007: Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been chosen by the Daily Journal for the newspaper’s 2007 list of California’s “Top 75 Women Litigators.”

Litigation partners Joan Haratani and Alicia Villarreal, and Labor and Employment litigator Carla Feldman, were honored along with the rest of the “Top 75” at an evening reception at the Four Seasons Hotel-Los Angeles in Beverly Hills.

Ms. Haratani, perhaps the premier torch carrier for work-life balance and diversity in the legal profession, was noted for her extraordinary work defending a client against the nation’s largest class action against a retailer. The Daily Journal honored Ms. Feldman for “develop[ing] one of the most successful labor and employment practices in the state.” And the newspaper cited Ms. Villarreal’s years of experience investigating and litigating white-collar crimes before joining Morgan Lewis in January this year.
