Morgan Lewis Expands Coast-To-Coast Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Presence by Adding Veteran Attorneys in Chicago, San Francisco

PHILADELPHIA – July 7, 2004 – Morgan Lewis announced today sizeable expansions of its labor, employment and employee benefits practice in Chicago and San Francisco. 

In Chicago, where Morgan Lewis established its first Midwest office less than one year ago, highly-rated attorneys Nina G. Stillman and Barry A. Hartstein have joined Morgan Lewis’ new Chicago-based labor, employment and employee benefits practice.  Ms. Stillman and Mr. Hartstein bring with them decades of experience representing and counseling top-tier clients on significant employment and human resource issues and litigation.
 
In San Francisco, where Morgan Lewis opened an office less than two years ago, nationally-known attorneys D. Ward Kallstrom and Nicole Diller join Morgan Lewis’ San Francisco-based labor, employment and employee benefits practice.  Mr. Kallstrom and Ms. Diller bring to this practice market-leading expertise in employee benefits, including fiduciary counseling and litigation on behalf of employers, pension and welfare benefit plans and plan administrators.   They provide a strong and deep bi-coastal reach to Morgan Lewis’ nationally-recognized employee benefits litigation practice.
