Morgan Lewis Named Top Corporate Law Firm in Philadelphia for 5th Consecutive Year: Also Among General Counsel's Top 20 Firms Nationwide

PHILADELPHIA — June 20, 2006 — Corporate Board Member magazine announced that directors working in Philadelphia named Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP the best corporate law firm in the city for the 5th consecutive year.

The magazine's sixth annual Legal Research Study, sponsored by consulting firm FTI, surveyed directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies. Respondents were asked to select the five local law firms they would most likely select to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues. Corporate Board Member will publish the results in their July/August issue.

Corporate Board Member and FTI also teamed up to survey corporate general counsel, asking them to name the firms they would most want to engage for national matters. Morgan Lewis was listed among the top 20, sharing the 17th slot with two other national firms.
