Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Announces New General Counsel

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) today announced Alicia Villarreal of Morgan Lewis as its new general counsel. She will serve as a nonvoting board member and provide advice and counsel on board governance and legal matters to the Institute.
