The group focuses on both foreign direct and VC/PE investments into China by global companies and financial investors and the outbound expansion of leading Chinese companies into the United States, Europe, and Japan, including public offerings and listings on foreign exchanges.

Lawyers in our Beijing office specialize in corporate securities, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning and other corporate transactions, as well as intellectual property creation and protection, technology partnering, IP litigation, and antitrust investigation and litigation.

Clients of the Beijing office and Greater China Practice include global companies that have an increasing need for advice on how to structure transactions in China and leading Chinese companies whose businesses are expanding into the United States, Europe, and Japan.
