The Beijing office opened in February 2006. The office is part of our Greater China Practice, which is an interdisciplinary group composed of partners from our Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Business and Finance Practices. The group will be focusing on both foreign direct investment into China by global companies and the expansion of leading Chinese companies into the United States, Europe and Japan.

Lawyers in our Beijing office specialize in corporate securities, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as intellectual property creation and protection, technology partnering and IP litigation.
