William B. O'Connor is special counsel in Morgan Lewis's Personal Law Practice. Mr. O’Connor’s practice focuses on trust and estates law, personal and fiduciary taxation and charitable organizations. His civic and charitable activities include serving as a director and president of Lucerna Fund, a not-for-profit organization engaged in the production and distribution of recorded materials for sight-impaired persons.
