Michael C. Marra Associate

Michael C. Marra is an associate in the finance group for Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Mr. Marra earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2005 and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2002.

Mr. Marra is the head coach of the New York office's basketball and soccer teams. The basketball team has earned a Lawyers League playoff berth in each of the past four seasons and the soccer team recently captured a third consecutive city championship.

Mr. Marra is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
