Scott A. Cowan Associate

Scott A. Cowan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Cowan represents privately and publicly held companies regarding a range of business matters that include general business law, securities law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Cowan served as an associate at a regional law firm in Red Bank, New Jersey, where he focused on general corporate and securities law.

Mr. Cowan received his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 2005 and his B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan in 2002.

Mr. Cowan is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
