Kirsten Fox is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labour and Employment Practice. She regularly advises on UK employment law and European cross-border employment law. Kirsten focuses on noncontentious and advisory employment work, with particular emphasis on European cross-border employment issues and project management.

From the initial request for tender to contract drafting, negotiation, implementation, and employee-relations issues, Kirsten has regularly provided employment advice to high-profile private and public sector clients, both on the vendor and customer side, on a full range of employment issues arising on first- and second-generation outsourcing arrangements.

Kirsten advises on the full spectrum of employment issues arising in international restructurings, sales, and mergers and acquisitions, from advice on the transaction documents to advice on the communication and consultation issues. Kirsten also has dealt with cross-border employment issues for multinational clients, including advising and managing pan European redundancies, outsourcing, and HR audits. Kirsten's practice also covers managing executive recruitment, negotiating executive severance packages on behalf of employers, trade union issues, the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations, the Acquired Rights Directive, other aspects of European labor law, and all aspects of the individual employment relationship, including confidentiality and restraint of trade.
