Marc R. Leduc

Marc R. Leduc is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Leduc represents leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international commercial finance transactions. His practice focuses on syndicated debt financings, asset-based and multinational credit facilities, and domestic and international debt workouts and restructurings.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Leduc was a finance associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.

Mr. Leduc earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2000 and his B.A. from Boston College in 1996.

Mr. Leduc is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
