RoseAnn Y. Cho Associate

RoseAnn Y. Cho is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Cho's practice focuses on the structuring, formation, governance of, and investment in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge-funds, funds-of-funds, venture capital funds, and other private equity funds. She provides counsel to major financial institutions, investment banks, and other institutional investors in their roles as sponsors and investment entities and in general corporate matters.

Ms. Cho received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1998 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in history from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.
