Jared D. Minsk Associate

Jared D. Minsk is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Mr. Minsk focuses his practice on the regulation of broker-dealers and investment advisers.

Mr. Minsk earned his J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2007. While in law school, he was a participant in the Securities and Exchange Commission's Summer Honors Program. Mr. Minsk earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Minsk worked as an equity derivatives trader. He has worked as a specialist on the American Stock Exchange, trading stock options and warrants, as well as a listed options sales trader on the institutional desk of a major European investment bank. Mr. Minsk’s background includes both floor-based and electronic trading. He has held NASD’s Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.

Mr. Minsk is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
