Kristin A. Scaduto Blackman Associate

Kristin A. Scaduto Blackman is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Real Estate Practice. Our real estate attorneys represent major corporations, regional and national developers, REITs, private equity funds, institutional lenders, investors, pension funds and advisers, and special servicers in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate.  

Ms. Blackman earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and received the West Publishing Company Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement. While in law school, Ms. Blackman was a member of the Villanova Law Review. Ms. Blackman earned her M.B.A. from Villanova University in 2007 and graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. Ms. Blackman earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in finance and marketing from Boston College in 2001. 

Ms. Blackman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
