Amanda E. Goff Associate

Amanda E. Goff is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Ms. Goff earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998, where she was the updates editor for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993, where she was a Morehead Scholar.

Ms. Goff is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
