Erin E.D. Conaton Associate

Erin E.D. Conaton is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Ms. Conaton focuses on the regulation of registered investment companies and investment advisers. She also advises clients on various regulatory matters, including the formation and ongoing regulation of investment companies and investment advisers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Conaton was an associate at a Washington, D.C. law firm, where she advised registered investment companies and investment advisers on federal and state securities law issues.

Ms. Conaton earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 1999, and her B.A. from Georgetown University in 1995.

Ms. Conaton is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
