Andrew Shum Associate

Andrew Shum is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Shum's practice focuses on emerging growth businesses, representing both investors and companies. He also provides legal representation in general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Shum practiced both general corporate and securities law and securities litigation at another prominent California firm. He received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2002 and his B.A., magna cum laude, in government from Claremont McKenna College in 1999.

Mr. Shum is admitted to practice in California.
