Andrew Scroggins
associateAndrew Scroggins is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Scroggins represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment issues. He has represented employers before administrative agencies, federal courts, and state courts in dealing with the enforcement of employment contracts, wage and hour disputes, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) claims, and matters involving the Labor Management Relations Act. Mr. Scroggins also has represented employers in unfair labor practice proceedings, union decertification proceedings, strikes and picketing disputes, and grievance arbitration.
Mr. Scroggins was an extern to Judge Ronald A. Guzman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2003.
Mr. Scroggins earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2005, where he was a member of the Frederick Green Moot Court traveling team. He earned his M.S. in communication from Northwestern University in 1999 and his B.A. in English from the University of Illinois in 1995.
Mr. Scroggins is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
