Jennifer E. White-Sperling is of counsel in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. White-Sperling represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment, with a focus in class action defense. She has managed the defense of wage and hour putative class and representative actions. Her background also includes labor and employment litigation for management (including all forms of discrimination and harassment, wrong discharge, and wage and hour litigation) and employer advice and counseling for private and public entities.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. White-Sperling was a partner at an established labor and employment boutique law firm in California.

Ms. White-Sperling received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings. While in law school, Ms. White-Sperling externed for Judge Marvin Baxter of the California Supreme Court. She received her Masters of Urban Planning from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona in 1988 and her B.A. in social ecology from the University of California, Irvine in 1981. Prior to attending law school, Ms. White-Sperling worked as a city planner for seven years for the City of Irvine, California.

Ms. White-Sperling is admitted to practice in California.
