Julie L. Davies Associate

Julie L. Davies is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Davies focuses her practice on emerging growth businesses, representing both investors and companies. She also provides legal representation in general corporate and securities matters.

Ms. Davies received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007, where she was editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law Annual Review. While in law school, Ms. Davies served as the chair of the Home Court Committee, which organizes an annual charity basketball game between Georgetown law professors and members of Congress to raise money for the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless. Ms. Davies also volunteered with Community Tax Aid of Washington, D.C., preparing income tax returns for low-income members of the community. Ms. Davies received her B.S., cum laude, in accounting and finance from Georgetown University in 2004.
