Mihui Pak Associate

Mihui Pak is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Pak focuses on the criminal defense of individuals and corporations in all phases of government investigation and prosecution. She has practiced in the areas of professional responsibility, fiduciary duties, corporate governance, patent infringement, antitrust, insurance and reinsurance, and eminent domain.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Pak was involved in a pro bono criminal case concerning California's three strikes law, and she served as a law clerk to Judge Rya W. Zobel of the District of Massachusetts and Judge Martin L.C. Feldman of the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Ms. Pak earned her J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1999, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She earned her A.B., magna cum laude, in government from Harvard University in 1994.

Ms. Pak is admitted to practice in California.
