Leon G. Krasinski is senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice, with a focus on Insurance Recovery. Mr. Krasinski has served clients in a broad variety of industries and has been a member of several management committees and councils. He has had in-depth experience in the manufacturing, financial services, franchising, distribution, engineering, fabrication and heavy construction industries. During his long career, Mr. Krasinski has counseled clients on a range of legal matters including complex litigation, product liability, antitrust, securities, labor and employment, secured transactions and on a variety of business transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and patent and technology licensing. His involvement in insurance coverage litigation has resulted in recoveries for clients totaling several hundred million dollars.

Mr. Krasinski's work has included business transactions in Argentina, Brazil, China, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Mr. Krasinski was awarded the ITT Industries, Inc. Harold S. Geneen Award for Individual Achievement. This award is given to ITT employees who "embody the spirit of creativity, determination and passion that fuels ITT Industries' success."

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Krasinski was vice president and general counsel, ITT Fluid Technology Corporation; the chief deputy to the general counsel to ITT Financial Corporation; vice president and general counsel, ITT Industrial Credit Corporation; vice president and general counsel to Perkins, Inc; and chief counsel, Pittsburgh Des Moines Steel Company.

Mr. Krasinski is active in alumni affairs at Fordham University and has recently been appointed to the Board of Visitors for Fordham College at Rose Hill.

Mr. Krasinski is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
