David Nir Associate

David Nir is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Attorneys in this practice offer a full range of counseling, prosecution, licensing, and litigation services to U.S. and foreign enterprises in a variety of industries. We counsel clients on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection issues, as well as matters arising from franchising, advertising, the Internet and e-commerce, outsourcing, and managed services.  

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Nir worked in the New York State Attorney General's Internet Bureau investigating consumer fraud and online privacy matters.

Mr. Nir received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2006, where he was an editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. He received his B.A. in history from Yale University in 2000.

Mr. Nir is admitted to practice in New York.
