Saghi (Sage) Fattahian Associate

Saghi (Sage) Fattahian is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Fattahian focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefits matters, including the design and implementation of qualified plans, welfare plans, fringe benefits, and other compensation arrangements. She assists clients in developing compliance protocols on regulatory issues dealing with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Fattahian was an associate in the employee benefits practice of an East Coast law firm. 

Ms. Fattahian earned her LL.M. in employee benefits from the John Marshall Law School in 2004. She earned her J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2002 and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998.

Ms. Fattahian serves as an adjunct professor in the employee benefits LL.M. program at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

Ms. Fattahian is admitted to practice in Illinois.
