James A. Hunter, Jr. Senior Counsel

James A. Hunter, Jr. is a senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Finance Practice. Mr. Hunter's practice focuses on bank regulatory banking and corporate law, including representations in international financial transactions; bank and savings and loan failures; business acquisitions; mortgage-backed securities; secured lending; and corporate real estate.

Mr. Hunter has been active in representing clients in a variety of fields, including the banking, investment products and secured financing industries. He lectures on banking-related fields and has published articles in legal and trade publications.

Mr. Hunter is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
