Frank C. Testa is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Testa's background includes general commercial litigation in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and several other jurisdictions, with a focus on toxic tort and construction law matters. He also has handled a wide variety of complex arbitration matters. Mr. Testa has co-authored several articles on construction-related legal topics and has advised and represented a variety of entities in construction and commercial litigation matters. He also has drafted and negotiated construction contracts for a wide variety of construction projects.
Mr. Testa has litigated a variety of disputes involving personal injury and property damage issues, as well as numerous commercial and contract claims. He also has dealt specifically with securities, intellectual property, environmental, commercial real estate, and land use matters.
Mr. Testa earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994. He earned his B.A., with high honors, from Rutgers College, Rutgers University in 1991.
