Heather C. Brookfield Associate

Heather Brookfield is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Brookfield specializes in all aspects of executive compensation (including golden parachutes, employment and severance agreements, and federal and state securities law issues) with particular emphasis on executive compensation in merger and acquisition transactions and the design and implementation of U.S. and international equity compensation programs.

Ms. Brookfield earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1998 and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1994.
