Kerry J. Land Associate

Kerry J. Land is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Land worked for more than nine years at Merrill Lynch & Co. and held her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. While in law school, Ms. Land was a paralegal in Merrill Lynch’s office of general counsel, regulatory law group, where she worked extensively on matters involving internal investigations, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, state securities commissions, and self-regulatory organizations. 

Ms. Land received her J.D. in 2007 from New York Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review and affiliated with the Center for International Law through the John Marshall Harlan Scholars Program. Ms. Land received her B.A. in English from the University of Florida in 1997.

Ms. Land is admitted to practice in New York.
