Christopher I. Halliday is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Halliday's current practice is concentrated primarily on patent issues in the biotechnology arts. Mr. Halliday also has experience in the preparation and prosecution of pharmaceutical, chemical, chemical battery and catalyst patent applications, as well as opinions involving infringement, validity, freedom to operate, licensing and litigation.

Mr. Halliday represented numerous indigent clients before the courts of New Hampshire. To date, Mr. Halliday’s varied work experience also includes time with the New Hampshire Office of the Attorney General, the New Hampshire Office of the Public Defender, as well as with SmithKlineBeecham Pharmaceuticals (now GlaxoSmithKline).

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Halliday was employed as an associate at an IP boutique law firm in the Philadelphia area.

Mr. Halliday is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
