Carley Ward Associate

Carley Ward is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Ward focuses her practice on all aspects of employee benefits, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Ward was an associate in the executive compensation and employee benefits practice at a large law firm in New York.

Ms. Ward earned her LL.M. in taxation with a Certificate in employee benefits from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2006, where she competed in the John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition and the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 2003.
