Wade B. Wilson Associate

Wade B. Wilson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Wilson's practice involves commercial litigation with a focus on securities and environmental enforcement proceedings, investigations, and litigation, as well as product liability litigation.

Mr. Wilson represents corporate and individual clients in enforcement investigations initiated by the SEC, FINRA, and federal and state attorneys general. He has defended investigations relating to accounting and financial statement disclosures, investment management revenue sharing and market timing, round trip trades and derivatives in the gas and power industry, PIPE transactions, and Regulation FD and insider trading. Mr. Wilson also represents clients subject to Congressional inquiries.

Mr. Wilson has counseled clients on environmental statutes such as the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and NESHAP portions of the Clean Air Act. He has worked on cases involving waste handling and disposal practices, the accidental release of hazardous substances, contribution actions between potentially responsible parties, and toxic torts relating to groundwater contamination. Mr. Wilson has prepared amicus briefs for the U.S. Supreme Court and two U.S. Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Wilson also defends product liability actions relating to medical devices, such as computer tomography scanners, magnetic resonance imaging systems, and automated laboratory testing devices.

Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth, and D.C. Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia.
