Don Wallace, Jr. Of Counsel

Don Wallace, Jr. is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Professor Wallace counsels foreign governments and advises private companies on their dealings with foreign governments. His practice areas have included various fields of international trade and investment, international litigation and arbitration. He has a specialty in international public procurement, and is also involved in aspects of privately-financed infrastructure.

Professor Wallace is a member of the Secretary of State’s Advisory Committee on Private International Law and is a delegate to the UNCITRAL working group on arbitration. He has served as chief United States delegate to the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in the fields of construction contracts, public procurement and privately-financed infrastructure. In addition, he serves as presiding officer of the UNIDROIT Foundation in Rome, which works on the harmonization of law in areas of security interests, franchising, factoring and leasing. He is on the roster of dispute settlement panelists of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva and is listed in Who’s Who in America and other biographic references. Professor Wallace is the author or editor of numerous books and articles.

Professor Wallace is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
