Tobin M. Nelson Associate

Tobin M. Nelson is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Mr. Nelson earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2007, where he served as the senior managing editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007 and his B.S., summa cum laude, in accounting and finance from Gannon University in 2004.

Mr. Nelson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
