Sohee Yun Associate

Sohee Yun is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Ms. Yun's practice focuses on the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers. She participates in the drafting of registration statements and provides ongoing advice with regard to a wide variety of regulatory compliance and securities law issues that impact investment companies and their advisers, such as proxy solicitations, governance matters and reorganizations.

Ms. Yun received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, she received the Herman J. Obert Award for attaining the highest grade in her corporations course. She received her M.A. in international studies, focusing on international trade, with a full scholarship in 2002 from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Korea. She received her B.S. in biology at Ewha Womans University in 2000. Ms. Yun is a native Korean and speaks fluent Korean and English.

Ms. Yun is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
