Kirsten B. White Associate

Kirsten B. White is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.

Ms. White received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, where she served as a senior editor for the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. White worked as a clerk on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee staff of Senator Russell D. Feingold (D-WI). In that role, she collaborated with committee staff in preparing the Senator for hearings and votes and drafted floor statements and correspondence on judiciary issues, including civil rights, crime and justice, and federal judicial nominations. She received her B.A. in history from Middlebury College in 2000.

Ms. White is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
