Benjamin O. Lang is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Lang's practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and other corporate matters for both U.S. and Japanese clients. Mr. Lang, who is proficient in Japanese, has been resident in the firm's Tokyo office since October 2005. Prior to that, he was an associate in the New York office.
Mr. Lang received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2003 and his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1999.
