Drew B. Wixted is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Wixted focuses his practice primarily on employment litigation in both state and federal courts, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. He also represents employers in wage and hour class actions and counsels employers on a wide range of employment law issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Wixted was an associate at a prominent Mid-Atlantic law firm, where he focused on general commercial and employment litigation. While there, he represented corporate clients and individuals before state and federal courts in a broad range of litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Wixted received his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, in 2002 and his B.A. from The College of William & Mary in 1999.
Mr. Wixted is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
