Swati V. Rawani is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements. Ms. Rawani focuses her practice on the litigation and counseling of antitrust issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rawani served as a legal intern for the Health Care Services and Products Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. She also served as a judicial intern for Judge Ricardo M. Urbina of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Ms. Rawani earned her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2007, where she served on the editorial board of the Administrative Law Review. She also was a student attorney for the American University International Human Rights Law Clinic. She earned her M.S. from Harvard University, School of Public Health in 2003 and her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2000.
Ms. Rawani is admitted to practice in New York only.
