Laura H. McKaskle is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. McKaskle concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on toxic tort defense litigation and white collar criminal defense. Ms. McKaskle's professional background includes trial experience in federal and state courts. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including civil and criminal pretrial discovery, as well as pretrial and posttrial law and motion practice. Ms. McKaskle has assisted in representing individual and corporate clients in civil litigation, complex mass tort litigation, class action litigation, and criminal prosecution by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.

Ms. McKaskle received her J.D. in 2003 from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, she served as note and comment editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. In 2003, Ms. McKaskle was published in the Pepperdine Law Review for her article on "Land Use Moratoria and Temporary Takings Redefined After Lake Tahoe" (30 Pepp. L. Rev. 273-338 (2003)). She was also a member of the National and International Moot Court Team at Pepperdine.
