Christine A. Zoino is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Zoino represents privately and publicly held companies regarding a range of business matters, including general business law, securities law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Zoino was an associate in the structured finance group of a national law firm in New York City.

Ms. Zoino received her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 2005, where she acted as executive articles editor for the New York Law School Law Review. She received her B.S. in psychology and criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2001.

Ms. Zoino is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
