Daniel A. Schiffer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Schiffer's practice spans a wide range of antitrust matters, including merger investigations before the FTC and DOJ, civil antitrust litigation, and counseling clients on a number of discrete issues. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, automotive parts, and thoroughbred racing, among others.
Mr. Schiffer is active in the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law. He is currently the Young Lawyer Representative for the Business Torts & Civil RICO Committee.
Mr. Schiffer earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2007, where he served on the editorial board for The Review of Litigation. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Vanderbilt University in 2004.
Mr. Schiffer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
