Daniel A. Schiffer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients' business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.
Mr. Schiffer earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007, where he served on the editorial board for The Review of Litigation. While in law school, Mr. Schiffer worked as a summer law intern with the Federal Communications Commission, Wireline Competition Bureau. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, with high honors in political science from Vanderbilt University in 2004.
Mr. Schiffer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
