Carrie A. Gonell is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Gonell counsels and represents employers in the full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation and employment discrimination. Ms. Gonell represents employers in litigation and disputes concerning federal and state employment statutes, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA and ERISA in federal, state and administrative forums.
Ms. Gonell's background includes family and medical leave issues, hiring and discharge issues, breach of contract actions, employee handbooks, labor and employment issues arising in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with state and local laws and regulations governing the workplace.
Ms. Gonell is admitted to practice in California and New York.
