Jennifer A. Lockhart is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Her practice focuses primarily on employment litigation in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis on defending discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. In addition to advising and defending corporate clients, Ms. Lockhart represents nonprofit and charitable organizations.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Lockhart was an associate in a California-based labor and employment firm.
Ms. Lockhart received her J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2004, where she served as an executive board member and administrative editor of the UC Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. During law school, Ms. Lockhart interned at the California Office of the Attorney General in the Employment Law Division. She received her B.A., with high distinction, in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1999.
