Allison N. Shue

Allison N. Shue is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Shue's practice focuses on a broad range of state and federal complex commercial litigation and civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on environmental and product liability litigation. She has handled representations involving mass torts and the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act.

Ms. Shue represents clients in a broad range of industries including the petroleum industry. In addition to her extensive environmental and product liability background, her practice also includes business and corporate disputes, unfair competition and employment litigation matters.

Ms. Shue began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge Ralph W. Dau and Judge Ernest M. Hiroshige of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, Central District. She earned her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1997 and her B.A., with University high honors and departmental distinction, in history from Stanford University in 1993.
