Daniel E. McGuire is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. McGuire focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and consumer class actions, particularly in the technology and pharmaceutical fields. He represents a large, California-based technology company in national and state consumer class actions throughout the country. Mr. McGuire has also represented technology, retail, and pharmaceutical companies in consumer fraud, breach of warranty, deceptive trade practice, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) matters.

Mr. McGuire earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2003, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as managing editor of research and writing for the Villanova Law Review in which he authored "The Supreme Court's Latest Resolution of the Conflict Between Freedom of Association and Public Accommodations Laws: Boy Scouts of America v. Dale and Its Implications in and out of the Courtroom." He also received the Villanova Law Review Scribes Award for Outstanding Legal Writing. Mr. McGuire earned his B.S. in secondary education, with a minor in history, from the University of Scranton in 1999, where he was made a member of the Kappa Delta Pi Education Honor Society.

Mr. McGuire is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
