Gene K. Park is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Park's practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation and copyright infringement matters. He handles all forms of IP transactional, Web site, and e-commerce agreements and he counsels clients on IP matters related to M&A transactions, licensing and franchising, and media promotions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Park served as an associate at a general practice, commercial litigation firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Park was also a student attorney for the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic and co-authored the brief amici curiae in Moseley v. V Secret Catalogue, Inc., the U.S. Supreme Court case interpreting the Federal Trademark Dilution Act.

Mr. Park received his J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law in 2003 and his B.A., summa cum laude, from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1999.

Mr. Park is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
